[spoiler – LOAD LIST] I don't know why this didn't post the first time – but here it is again I am getting land tearing using FCOM The land tearing is near Vahtacen (which is located south-southeast of Cheydinhal) When walking I see MASSIVE land tearing I got through the quest (Mages Guild) but not sure if this is for FCOM or should I post this on TesNexus. Better Cities.esp is at the bottom of the load order

Is there a forum for the BOSS program?

Still Crashing to Desktop even with Bash at the bottom (Started new game - CTD after I hit ESC to get out of the scene with the king talking)

I'm using the latest Better Cities and when looking at the sidewalk in the IP Market District - in some places the "rocks" are jiggling: The forum that has all the info for Better Cities says to load last - but when I run BOSS (latest version) it re-arranges them. Also (as an afterthougth) my NPC's have black eyes - why?
