I think it would be a great mod for any fallout game to make a mod that integrates weapons that didn't become popular or last out into the 'modern' era. There are many experimental weapons that didn't make the final cut too. Given Fallout's "Alternate History Future" setting I can't imagine why more people haven't made more mods for some of history's stranger weapons. One of my favorite pistols is the EAA Witness Hunter which is like a longer CZ that can take 10mm caliber rounds. I think using weapons like these as inspiration or even modding them into the game would go a long way to give that fallout feel while still adding some cool, wacky, and downright nasty weapons to the fallout universe. If any of you are willing I think this is a good idea and a great way to find that inspiration you are looking for.

So far it's working now, I saved as soon as I left the goodsprings gas station and it didn't crash. I also changed the load order around so that all nvec content loaded last. I guess that did the trick? I also re-installed breezes new vegas males.

I keep crashing when I do the first big battle in the game really. it's whenever it loads the powder gangers and they become visible or when they start firing. Not sure what's causing this. I've tried archive invalidation on both NMM and FOMM as well as deleting all female meshes and textures then re-installing body mods. I've tried vanilla bodies as well and it is still with this black mess on my character. any clues as to what to do to help? I've also tried archive invalidator mods and fiddling with graphics settings with no luck. It seems the 'out of memory error' is occurring the most now and I still need help with this issue. Anyone have ideas of what more to trim out?

So it looks to be in working order now I might still have to trim content down and remove poco bueno since I'm getting the out of memory error. I have fnv4gb installed and running is there a better fix out there at all for the out of memory error? It stopped working again and as of now it hasn't booted up at all again. If anyone has suggestions of mods to remove to trim down the list to see if that's the problem I'd really appreciate it. nvec, project nevada, awop, and momod are absolutely essential to me as well as caliberX and weapons of the new millenia. I've run fnvedit and it hasn't said I'm missing anything. I was running all these mods fine before I removed the sex ones because of the amount of mods i had running. I guess next up would be the children of the wastes but I really don't want to remove it 'cause angel park and the teen companion nisa sound really cool! those are the ones I recently added so they're probably the problem. I installed both via the readme instructions. :/ I've also checked for problems in my steam data folder with the verify integrity of game cache tool. I'm honestly out of ideas. I'm trying to trim it down right now but it doesn't seem to really help.

I've been trying to get all the mods I really want to work. I have tried using fnvEdit and resolved a few conflicts with that, modifying the load order with boss, and even manually ordering it myself. The game crashes on start-up doesn't even have the chance to get to the music or loading screen(s) like it has other times when I did something wrong.
