Realm of Lorkhan lets you do this both before starting a new run and mid-playthrough.

I've been getting into modding with Skyrim recently, and I have about 70 mods installed, some of them being the unofficial skyrim patches. However, although I get no errors about anything, the patches simply don't work. I have every dlc installed, I used BOSS to load them into the correct load order, made sure it was correct, I even turned off every mod other than the skyrim patches but nothing works. The fixes just don't appear in my game. I've also run it with both SKSE and without. (I use NMM to install mods) Thanks in advance.
