After playing near Camp Forlorn Hope and seeing one of the NCR die, I had to wonder why no one really cares when someone die in game. After the battle, I wanted to help him without using the console by healing him in some way. So this is where my request comes in, I want a mod that allows you to revive people to a low amount of health and possibly crippled limbs when there isn’t a fight and you can only do this on people who are friendly to you. Is this possible with NVSE?

After playing enough Black Jack to get kick out of every casino, I started to finally get the hang of counting cards down. One thing that really bothered me though was that in the real Vegas, they have souvenir shops that have guide cards that help you understand how to play and some even tell you what to do in some situations. I just want some sort of shop in each casino with a different theme.
