I'd say Kingdoms of Amalur, but it's real subjective.
-
You sure it was power armor? http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/17116/?
-
Not in the US, it violates the EULA but its not illegal.

Is there a script function database out there?
-
This is the active script for Alien Epoxy: IF ( player.getAV Repair < 25 ) set weapHealth to weapHealth + 15 ELSEIF ( player.getAV Repair >= 25 && player.getAV Repair < 50 ) set weapHealth to weapHealth + 20 ELSEIF ( player.getAV Repair >= 50 && player.getAV Repair < 75 ) set weapHealth to weapHealth + 25 ELSEIF ( player.getAV Repair >= 75 ) set weapHealth to weapHealth + 30 I'm garbage with scripts but it seems like it would be a pretty simple fix to change the actor object to armor health, or even global equipment health.
-
You updated the object, it means you have to update the head model, as has been suggested previously.

I knew America's Army was more than just a game, but that's taking the whole 'lol gamers leik ze army' think to a lolertastic extreme.... Have you seen the Air Force's new Drone Academy in Nevada? They're actively engaging recruits with a history of gaming.

I thought the official announcement was after the last three they planned another three? Because they've been making allusions to the commonwealth ... well since FO3 Original Content. Edit: "We've released the trailer to Fallout 3's final DLC, Mothership Zeta. Additionally, Fallout 3 Lead Artist Istvan Pely has written a team diary discussing how the DLC came to fruition. Mothership Zeta will be available Monday, August 3rd on Xbox Live and Games for Windows Live for 800 points, and will be released at a later date for PlayStation 3."

Of course, you can select an existing 360 based live account and use that as your PC account as well. For instance my live account (The same as my forum ID) has two entries for FO3, one for PC one for 360.

I don't know how you'd duplicate the active camo effect though.

The salisbury steaks still good, just saying.

Being a %&$! solely to stir up derision is trolling yeh.

Quest Triggers, walk by one and all of a sudden you hear "Help us, please ..." Clicking on them could launch a convo menu. -
Because you'd be forced to DL the TCM right?
-
Those armors are by a UT Modder who goes by Three9: Unreal Stuff has proven ideal for conversion in the past; I'd suggest anyone interested contact him at his project forum http://www.solar-fissure.com or his email SpartnII at hotmail.com and see if he'd let you work with his models.

That can't be right though, as the original East Coast Supermutants were derived from Vault Tec Stock. Its entirely possible that the strain of FEV on the west coast and the one on the east coast are differing itterations. Perhaps the West Coast Strain was determined to produce soldiers with too much free-will to be as invincible as they were, or perhaps the east coast strain was reverse engineered from an incomplete prototype (as the west coast stock was largely destroyed (events revealed in FO2)).

Mothership Zeta is getting a retexture Soo Soon!

Not to nitpick, but I'm pretty sure if you were looking at a direction facing the sun, you wouldn't see other stars, they wash out against the background. -
The controller was chosen as something that would be familiar to soldiers.

I always liked the whale and the flowerpot in the middle of the desert. But not everybody prefers Douglas Adams.

He feels that H2 and H3 were sacrilege (as if Halo was the golden standard by which all things are measured) and feels that bringing them into Fallout 3 would transmit the perceived suck to that game. Its not against you, he's just hating on the source material.
-
Just a model asset yeh.
-
I can handle the statting and the EQ, I'm just garbage with models.

I was looking for a modification to the Enclave Officer's Clothing that would add the combat armor's chest plate, preferably from the talon armor to fit the enclave's color scheme. The way I envisioned it, the step between officers and grunts is a little too abrupt, and enclave specialist teams would probably require specialist armor with increased maneuverability. That and I think it would look awesome.
-
You combined Rios and Salem's designs for the final. Basic Marpat would be neat too, but I foresee people adding this to armor compilations anyhow.

Except in FO3 one can fit the entire archive of the Arlington public library onto a single holotape, so either we're to assume either a prodigous compression ratio, an exceedingly small archive, or that 256k number is garbage.
