  1. So i think I've solved it. It was a merge mod of several weather mods. Vivid Weathers No Snow Under Roofs Lighting during Thunderstorms Wonderful Weather (for the splash effects!) and Blowing in the Wind. Quite how or why that was deleting whole chunks of Morthal I've no idea. but I tracked it down in the end. I then tried it out with each of the mods individually reactivated - and it was fine. So I rebuilt the mod using Merge Plugins and it's okay now. So that crisis is over with. Now onto why the Drunken Huntsmen has no floor, and Elrindir greats me as I enter only to stand up from his perch and vanish into the void. :-/
  2. So I've just got done (or so I thought) merging a bunch of plugins with the merge plugins script and getting a stable load order. Everything was looking fine until I went for a wander around Morthal. I've got this weird bug of floating doors and missing meshes (likes stairs! and buildings!) but meshes pop in like fences, banners etc. So it's almost certainly going to be a problem with some mesh files somewhere being overwritten or not loaded. And I'm starting the systematic testing thing. But does anyone have any ideas for which mods might be prime candiates to look becuase I'm not seeing any overwrites in MO and I think everything got copied in the merges, and I've tried like moving JK's around and unchecking Landscapes and no change. So I'm somewhat puzzled what the root problem is.
  3. Rose, I really love these mod! I think it is great to add so much extra character to the interiors. I have them in every playthrough. I have a few questions though. 1. Can you please clarify if the version 1.1 "main file" is meant to be loaded as a master for the (old) 2.1 Interiors file? Can they be merged in Mod organiser, for instance? I find the descriptions on the download files page a little unhelpfully ambiguous - as to what I'll end up with in my game. For instance do I understand correctly that 1.1 *only* modifies Solitude at present, because 2.1 had a number of bugs. but if i want all of the great interior work from 2.1 I just install that file only (and live with the bugs) - but at some point you will release a (hopefully modular) FOMOD installer which lets us select the areas we want to change? (and why is the later file 1 but the older file 2 - it's confusing which should take priority.) 2.) I *love* the dock mods - they are amazing and so atmospheric BUT they decimate my frame rate (from 60 without an ENB or 45 with to between 12 and 8.) Now my computer is no slouch not even a year old and has handled every mod I've so far tried with ease, even when I uninstalled all my textures and NPCs, the docks cripple me. So love them as I might they are now permanently uninstalled. I don't know why those areas are so much of a drain on my processor. I have zero problems with your interior designs (Question 1 notwithstanding), and remain a total fan of your work, but I am hoping you find some means to make them smoother to run because they are processor power hungry monsters. Richard.
