ive downloaded fallout 4, the latest version of vortex (today downloaded) and it comes up with a message saying to check my firewall settings. i also cannot find the masterlist it is suggesting to delete either. i would like help since its a new pc and i wanted to run some mods i was unable to run from my former pc. also i have my firewall completely disabled.
