Could someone create a mod/patch that would allow Lobotomites and Mecha-Lobotomites to wear armours? Currently, they can only wear helmets, while keeping the default armour. Or would this be too difficult?

I have the weirdest problem with New Vegas. Everytime i have any "bigger" mods activated, the game freezes as soon as the Bethesda screen comes on. I've reinstalled my game about 10 times already. This time i decided to take the modding path really slowly, to see what the problem is. So, i install New Vegas Ultimate Edition ( steam). I install A world of pain which works perfectly. Then i install Mission Mojave. No conflicts, no missing masters, nothing. Game freezes. I untick MM, and the game works. So, maybe the problem is with MM? I decided i uninstall that. Then i installed NVEC Complete. Same thing, unticked it works, unticked it freezes. Nothing wrong with the load order, FNVEdit doesn't say anything either. At the moment, the list is : FalloutNV.esm LonesomeRoad.esm OldWorldBlues.esm HonestHearts.esm DeadMoney.esm TribalPack.esm ClassicPack.esm MercenaryPack.esm CaravanPack.esm GunRunnersArsenal.esm NVEC Complete + NVCE.esm ( causes freeze when ticked) AWorldOfPain.esm YUP - Base Game + All DLC.esm YUP - NPC fixes.esp FalloutNV_lang.esp ( This is the language file that comes with the steam version, changes it to english. This is because steam gave me the "russian" version, and then changed the language to English) Oddly enough, i've played through New Vegas many many times and never encountered this problem unless it was a mod conflict/missing masters. I've also successfully modded the Steam Ultimate Edition before, so the game definitely works. Any suggestions? Thank you. Quick update: Got myself the other version, the one that is in english by default, without an esp. Worked perfectly. Until i restarted, then it started to freeze again. However, downloading the .dll fix removed the title screen freezing problem. It is likely that this would have worked with the other version as well.

Thats the problem,i don't have it yet.I was unable to buy it during the Steam discount sell.

If it were possible,could someone make a small file/mod that allows you to take more than 1 perk per level. I recall there being a mod for that,but it has disappeared,from everywhere. Now,there is a mod for that for NV,but it requires the NV.esp instead of the F3.esp. Thank you.

Could you make a small mod that allows me to get 2 or more perks per level?There used to be something like that but it has been erased from the internet.

Having the same problem.I removed most of Eve patches(but the overall still works) to fix the "no menu" problem.But now,everytime i move towards megaton a few yards,i crash.(or any other direction). And now i am suddenly getting Red ! marks,which i didn't get before.AInvalidation is on. I am thinking of re-re-installing to get the bare essential mods,but they all are.

Merely adding my two cents. Perhaps only one hand should be raised infront of you,with the other beside you?I am thinking the Destiny trainer for Dragon Age 2,when he summons fire in one hand and walks towards the camera.

Could someone make a dagger that does a lot of damg(possibly more with each hit) but also drains your health,ie your blood.(Sinister looking perhaps?) Also,could the daggertail from the Prince of Persia series be made?I am not requesting it,because i know porting is not allowed,but would such a thing be possible?

Yeah,the Enclave emblem would be pretty good,tho abit weird,considering that the game does not allow you to join the Enclave :/
