I've tested cyber engine tweaks and everything works well, you have all of dialogue lines as male V, animations work really well, actually we can even call Judy on the rooftop where you must decide the ending, so it feels so real. And this even unlocks you the ending where you leave Night City with her and Panam. This is great. It works with other romance options, too. So basically all of romances were supposed to be bisexual, but cdpr changed it. It's nice that you can unlock them with only cyber engine tweaks, we don't even need mods now. Maybe they will change their minds and unlock them in future updates? We will see.

Actually there is a save on nexusmods with male v becoming a legend and Judy romanced. Suprisingly there are all of voice lines of male V and some weren't used previously in game (and they are actually said to Judy) so I think that they considered or they are considering to make Judy bi. Only animations of kissing and hugging are missing. I can give you a link if you want. Panam is so easy to make her bi because we got even an option to touch her as female V and yeah, she will be rejected by Panam but it's... weird? We don't even need male voice to romance her, so it's strange. So, we must be patient and wait for future updates.

I think we should all get together and write to cdpr to improve not only romance with Judy, but also with other characters, such as Panam. Only 4 romances in game ( I don't even count Meredith, she's just one night stand) and they are restricted by gender, like wtf cdpr?

Actually it is possible, just replace Judy voiced dialogue, male V has everything except last dialogue in bathroom. The biggest problem is sex scene

I think that first versions of this modification will appear in early 2021, but i really hope cdpr include this in future big patch

I think they knew that everyone wanted this romance as male V, like come on they advertised her and hyped people so much, I'm pretty sure that they have dialogue lines prepared so I guess it's no problem for them to make her bisexual, they could come up with something like "I'm not lucky with women, maybe it's time for something else", change sex scene a little and that would be enough. I think that Panam should also be bisexual because these two actually change the ending. Overall, romances in game are very disappointing, they seem cut. So we have to wait and believe that something will change either with the free dlc or in the upcoming big updates in January and February. For example, in one of patches for Witcher 3 they actually added some new romance options for Yennefer and Triss because community wanted this so yeah, we must hope.
