Hey folks,i saw many hair mods in the nexus,but there is something missing :] Can someone make a mod that "adds" the dark elf hairstyles to humans? Alternatively,could you help me a bit on how to do it myself,if you don't have time for it? :]] Thank you Edit : Forgot to mention i was talking about male hairstyles.(i don't mind female too though :P)

I am encountering a slight problem though. When i install FOMM it asks for a fallout 3 (new vegas) directory. And it can't find it.How do you bypass that one? :S EDIT : Never mind,i worked around it :P Actually i think it needs to be renamed to daedricboots_0 and _1 since the male is actually daedricboots_0 and _1 Oh well,i'll try anyway. Is there anyone that can confirm that i need to do this specifically to replace them? Anyway thanks for the help :]] EDIT 2 (and final) : Confirmed it works,tried it now.It autoscales the boots also so they look exactly as big as they should be depending on size.Apparrently,replacing items with already existing ones is much easier than i thought.Cheers.

Hello folks,i got literally lost while researching on this as i apparently have no idea about modding stuff,but since i want to do something that no one else will want to do,i have to do it myself :/ oh god,so here goes :] I am trying to find a way to replace the male daedric boot model with the female one.Basically i have a male character and want to use the female boot model for the armor,like other people use the male chestguards for their female characters. So in short,i want to replace the male model for the female one. But the problem is,how do i do that?I'm a complete noob as far as modding goes,so i'll need to learn.The only thing i know so far(or at least i think),is that i'll need a program called Nifskope. So,do you think you could shed some light?I got literally lost as i was searching the forums as well,since the language some times feels alien(for someone who doesn't know much about mods and the programs used). Different tweaks on vampirism,by different people. They are not the same mod,therefore they should not be in the same thread.Not everyone wants the same things. Same theme,different tweaks.Unless there is a specific rule about mod requests regarding a similar general theme. I remind you again,that i am not talking about an overhaul on vampirism,just a tweak to make more balances as it is now. This idea does not belong to an overhaul. I come here to check the forums after 2 years+ and all i see is focus on the rules,not the actual mods,and not by admins. You should relax.My mistakes on this forum will not make you lose your job or anything,and me getting banned for breaking them won't hurt in any way. If you are that concerned about my topics getting ignored,you have a strange way of showing it. P.S.For the record,in the last 6-7 pages i found 3 or 4 vampire threads.

You are not allowed to bump requests with one exception which I'll explain for you now: A thread may only be bumped after a week of inactivity, you may only do this once per thread, if there is still no interest let it die. You can post it again in about a week for a second attempt. There we go :) Also loads of threads of wiped of the front page in moments, just remember that if someone wants to make a mod and are stuck on idea, they'll probably look through a fair few pages to get inspiration. Try contacting the maker of the mod you mentioned and polity suggest a longer version because it's something that would interest you. Also check out The Cleric Armour it's not exactly what you're looking for and is female armour, but its a nice armoured robe for you. Yeah i did read the rules but after i posted ;P oh well. Okay,first of all,i'm not thinking of an overhaul to the whole vampirism thing.Since that would take time and maybe prove to be complicated and not balanced at all.Something for the future maybe. I was thinking of leaving vampirism as it is,and change only the following: Since we have penalties during the day,make them bonuses during the night.For example 100% less regeneration on health at day?Then 50% or 100% more regen at night.In the same way,less % health during the day,so more health during the night. In that way,vampires now have something for warriors as well,instead of only thiefs and mages,even if that is only more health,stamina and regeneration rate. I would also include the option to feed while people are not sleeping,with the prerequisite to do it while stealthed,and no one actually seeing you. What do you think?

Hello folks,and thank you for modding this game,with the mods you create the game experience becomes even better! I have a simple request.Could we make it so that the cloth part(skirt) of the ebony armor is actually longer?Like,reach to the mid of the shinguard,or even a bit below.There is a mod that makes it a bit longer,but not quite as much,plus it only works on one bodytype. So i would kindly ask if someone could make theskirt longer so we could pass as battlemages or cool vampires with a two hander :P You can't be a badass dark knight without some parts of the cloth on your armor long enough,right? :P Thank you very much in advance :D P.S.I play a male character,if you could do it for females too would be awesome,but if it's too time consuming male would suffice for now :)
