I recently tried to reinstall FO4 and Vortex, but after re-installing FO4 and Vortex (several times) as well as uninstalling LOOT, I get the following error message, "installer prerequisites not fulfilled: file 'fallout4.esm' is active or file 'fallout4.esm' is inactive". I feel like I've tried everything short of re-installing windows. Edit: It looks like this issue is only affecting aaf.
