I tried all of these things. But what worked was taking my mods off temporarily! Then I put them back on the first time I could save.

I was looking for a mod to keep Lydia out of my bedroom and could not find it on Nexus. But there is a mod for this in the Steam Workshop!! It works really well for me!

I have been trying to figure out how to add files that are just meshes (More Hairstyles)...putting the override folder does not seem to work. Do you put the whole folder or just the files inside? I also cannot figure out how to add files that are dazips. I do read the readme files but they are not always helpful! I also read the dummy document! I have added mods in many games and DA Origins is the toughest one! Thanks for the help in advance! ;-P Edit: I found this http://www.gamefront.com/how-to-install-dragon-age-origins-mods/ and downloaded the DAModder and now I can those files.

I really like most things about the houses in Skyrim!! The only things I can think of that I do not like is in Breezehome is having the fire right in front of the front door!! Oh and the darn housecarl always hanging out in my bedroom! I also would love more bookshelves! I never played with companions until I played Oblivion and found Vilja created by Emma. She is one of those companions that makes you laugh, helps you fight, and has a story line to follow. So I really hope some modder create a similar companion in Skyrim!! I am going to try to make Lydia essential and see if I like her as a companion. ;-P

I think this is a good post. I am playing my first time through and was wondering which side, if any, to pick. I was unsure I wanted to join those that would just cut peoples heads off with no good reason. But I am not sure I want to join a group who are just acting like kids who did not get their own way either. I think I may choose neither since neither seems to really affect my characters life much. Thank you for the advice. ;-P

I think that it is great that the site has reached so many people who all have a common interest!! This is a great society of sharing, inspiration, and friendships. It is great that those people that are very creative create awesome mods and then out of the goodness of their hearts shares them with everyone else!! I know that I am inspired to learn how to mod so that I can see what I can create! I think it is great that these milestones are important and are used as a time for the creative create something really amazing! I cannot wait to see what mods are created! You should look at some of the companion mods. Like Stroker and Vivonica (not sure of spelling right now). They are companions and romances, so this may be close to what you want. I hope this helps. Chris

HI, The wife sells the flowers and few other misc. things. I also found this mod: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=33447 that changes the vanilla flower pots to prettier ones. I actually use them now instead of hiding them. Sorry I did not think to mention the wife. Oh she has to be on the dock or over in her corner to sell. Kudos to you for figuring out the construction set....I am trying but I am also very busy with my classes right now with graduation in December. Chris :thumbsup:

The Imperial Furniture Store has bear rugs and you can lock them in place. They also have wolf rugs. I hope this helps! Chris
