  1. Is there a script that can eliminate having to use a mouse when using the menu system I have a console controller key mapped to my keyboard and mouse but I would rather when I go to craft something and it asks if I'm sure that I could issue an A or D command and E to accept or decline.
  2. Ok finally back up and running I tried your rundll and I get an unhandled exception what procedure did you use to run fnis?
  3. Lol just messed up my grub and cant access the vm on that other drive anymore ahhhhh linux Its so good but can also be sooooo bad.... never got to test it I'll update the guide after I get back up and running again.

  7. You can get a free 30 day trial of windows from a microsoft.com chat technician as an .Iso image that can be mounted.
  8. Ok sorry I havent been around I've been nearly dead from bout after bout of spinal surgery....Im glad this helped somewhat I found out that if you copy paste your skyrim folder to a virtual machine running windows with skyrim installed and run FNIS in a windows virtual environment and copy paste your Skyrim folder back to your linux wine Skyrim install location that everything works just fine...What Lib did you use ffabris?
  9. dose it matter what image file format I just read the mark up attribs and it only gave rough size not file type I believe it is most efficient to convert to .tiff but it looks like this could be a lot of work to crop the pages because who ever scanned it did a shitty job...lol so I have a couple hundred pages to crop if anyone else would like to help do a section of pages at a time I'll make the book it looks straight forward enough I just wasnt sure if there was a page limit or image size limit... _TheKrimzonGhost
  10. I've seen a lot of modders make use of books like "ABC's for Barbarians" in their mods I'm wondering if I had a .pdf of a book how hard it would be convert it to be readable in game? Im attaching the file its a beautifully painted and scrbbed book dated to the early 1400s called the Voynich manuscript it still hasnt been decrypted today and I think it would make a fine piece for any player owned home. -TheKrimzonGhost https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0aJ_7pXV1-ELWs0R3BUbWozYlE/view?usp=sharing
  11. And Uhuru Im emulating windows under Linux using wine compatibility layer so you can get pretty much anything that works for windows to work un linux you just need to know what .dlls the programs are dependant upon and install those specific .dlls....one of the hardest things Ive found is trying to ask the developers for their programs dependancies its like squeezing water out of a stone they all act as though it needs to be some closely guarded secret...
  12. If I could afford windows believe me Id have a partition But Currently Im jobless due to Spinal injury and I dont pirate software so Linux is what I have to work with...Luckly I built my pc prior ro loosing my job As far as Benchmarks go Linux kicks some serious ass and what seems to be the problem is that all the modding apps are visual studio reliant. And lets face it Microsoft has a horrible track record when it comes to C++ breakage look at win8.1 when that rolled out I heard so many horror stories about runtime errors on boot where it throws a not enough room avaiable for thread error that is still to this day unresolved...python you say that does sound more promising thanks Uhuru Ill have a thread going where I am laying out an install guide for linux Ill give you and Jasmine props on it if this works out.
  13. Ive gotten Mod Organizer to almost work on Ubuntu but then again SkyUI appears to work and MCM appears but no mods appear in MCM... Thanks for the recommendations Uhuru
  14. with my setup I cant use MO or NMM so it makes things difficult Im running Ubuntu not windows. Ill see what Loot and wryeBash is all about thanks jasmine for responding. -TheKrimzonGhost

  16. You need to copy Your "/Data" folder (Mods) and your "My Games/skyrim" folder (Saves & Preferences)
  17. Im looking for what is actually generated by FNIS because the application does not work under wine because of JIT. 1. Is there a way to manually generate the files that FNIS makes? 2. What files does FNIS make? 3. Can I use someone elses pre generated files? 4. what are the system and software requirements to run FNIS? -TKG
  18. are you sure you dont have any adult mods running? because this looks to me like your character had to much fun with the body after killing it...on a serious not does an item ever appear in there I think this may be a an item drop on death zone which is supposed to be opaque and you are running a mod that modifies its inate opacity...just a thought -TKG
  19. Before you go crazy check your mouse I was having terrible studdering to eplipsical proportions and it had to do with my mouse after getting a controler and configuring that it was apparent that my mouse was the culprate. just a thought -TKG
