  1. Uh, don't those special titles come by having both negative and positive reputation points? I don't think Karma has anything to do with them.
  2. 'ShowPlasticSurgeonMenu' doesn't have that issue though, as far as I know.
  3. Well regarding the ammo change button... I'd say it's ridiculous all together how few hotkeys the game lets you have. Even if it is a multi-platform game, I should be able to jump between menus more conveniently than this in the PC version. That should be the most basic gameplay adjustment when porting to a PC...
  4. ...Yes, I do. People do post screenshots of their modded games, although I fail to see the what that analogy is going for in the first place. Again, I'm not telling you can't make your anime mods, I just have trouble understanding how anyone can get into the mood of Fallout and then think "Hmm, you know what this is missing? Neon-colored clothing, bigger tits, impossible hair styles, huge eyes and unconventional hair/eye colors!". I mean really? That's what Fallout is about for you? If you need to go so far out of the game's stylistic range to enjoy it, why are you playing it in the first place? Again, whatever you want, but from where I am standing you are the guy who needs to put ketchup in all his food because he can no longer enjoy any other taste. I just feel sorry for people who have developed so limited appreciation for different styles.
  5. Veronica should initiate a dialogue with you after speaking with the Elder once you leave the room. And when you exit the bunker, a group of paladins should be waiting outside.
  6. Well, you are free to mod your game as you wish. Edited to remove inflammatory remark. I'll never understand what gives the right to label anyone? It only reflects as part of your own intolerant and insecure character, a method to self-esteem via the expense of others'. -myrmaad EDIT: Rather my lack of understanding for trying to smash together two completely incompatible styles. I have no problem with ketchup, in fact I rather like ketchup, but when I see someone putting it into everything from spaghetti to greek salad it's just plain weird. Can't you people enjoy anything non-anime without nipponizing it first?
  7. I used the "resurrect" command on Aurelius of Phoenix and killed him a second time to trigger the quest, so that's worth a shot.
  8. Wait, you are supposed to be able to use those for something? ... Incidental question: Did Bethesda do the QA for New Vegas?
  9. What's exactly your problem with the quest? I myself am stuck with dealing with the Khans since the game doesn't realize I already did that before, so any workaround would be welcome.
  10. Had the same problem with Veronica and the solution was simply telling her to go back to Lucky 38 and immediately recruiting her again once she started moving. Tried that yet?
  11. No experience at all, but could it be possible to simply change the crouching animation and walking speed identical to the normal stance when wearing certain armor?
  12. Hello. I was wondering if it's possible to add hotkeys to shortcut directly to different pipboy menus, seeing how the current system is way too much of a hassle for a system that has about 150 keys. I see there's already a mod that allows more inventory keys and a quicker and less suicidal way to throw a grenade, thanks for those.
  13. tcl didn't work. However, I did use movetoqt to simply bypass the utility tunnels. Funny thing is that if I enter the tunnels from the Presidential Metro, it still spawns me at the ladder. Oh well, I suppose I don't miss anything if I never go through there.
  14. The one you have to enter from Penn. Avenue... You see, I can freely go down (and even come back uo without a crash), but I can't take a step once taking the ladder. Walking animation still happens, so it's not a simple matter of enabling controls, the character simply won't budge. All I can do is turn around and leave where I came from. Not only that, it's like every item and object I ever wronged or threw away comes back to haunt me under my feet. Has to be about 50 items smashed into one spot just a bit beneath the ground causing serious slowdown. Even after removing all those objects (including one car) with the 'zap' command, returing the FPS to the reasonable again, I can't move. Also tried 'player.moveto' at couple objects farther down the tunnel, but it spawns me exactly at the same spot I was standing. So... Anyone have any idea what the hell is happening?
  15. Had the same problem with Project Beauty. The Broken Steel plugin for the mod is .esm while the main file is .esp for some stupid reason, thus making the .esp override no matter the loading order. Easy to fix permanently with FO3Edit by going to Project Beauty.esp > Non-Player Character > ScribeRothchild, and overridding 'Packages' of Project Beauty.esp with those of the Broken Steel.esm. You know, if you want a more permanent solution or have this neurosis about avoiding screwing around with your save from the console.
  16. You should just be thankful Fawkes has those pants, due to the only certain thing about what's in those pants is that you don't want to see it.
  17. So, I went and disabled Primary Needs during Operation Anchorage with the <PN Config Tool> (by just going to the Enable/Disable options rather than setting the hunger/thirst/sleepy multipliers to zero), but afterwards when I try opening the config again, nothing happens. The message telling me to close pip-boy does appear, but after doing so, nothing. I'ved tried playing a while and trying again after the game reloads areas or saves, obviously. I also tried the RIHTS Restart.esp, playing around with console commands that restart quests and stuff like that, but the damn menu just won't pop up. Also, I did remove all PN related items from FWE .esm file, load, save, exit and repair the .esm, but no luck. I'm using the latest FWE version.
  18. Let's see... Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories: So overlooked. The real pearl of the series though, and it had just amazingly deep story telling for a filler handheld game, with themes of friendship mixed with hopelesness and tragedy. The character's come out more multi-dimensional and the pacing of the story is perfect. Not to mention there's actually two great games in the same package. Appropriately difficult as well. Only real complaint I can thinki of is the lack of extra bosses or such as, which makes the whole deck building a bit pointless once you are capable of beating the The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time: It's really amazing how engulfing atmospehere this game has. The story telling is pretty minimalistic, but even that just adds to it. The dungeons are mostly good, and the game world is so huge and feels so alive... and it's a N64 game! I'm not one of those Nintendo fanboys either. I'm a PlayStation guy, though I did buy GC used after Nintendo abandoned it (and actually loaned this game from a friend). Final Fantasy VIII: I knew I had to put a FF here, even though I was initially very unsure which one (out of VI, VII and VIII, mind you), but in the end the choice was simple: VIII is the one that has aged the best from all pre-PS2 FFs. The script and dialogue are masterpieces of video games to this date, untainted by time unlike VI and VII. The character's are well written, mostly anyway, and relatabe. And the graphics feel alright even after all this HD storm you get at the moment... But anyway: Absolutely fantastic and natural sounding dialogue, and plenty of it. A lot of side-quests to do, beatiful art style, great main character, epic story ( even if it get's a bit disoriented towards the end)... The best FF ever made.
  19. Try to make the front of the face a little sharper, especially the nose piece. I mean that vertical black line under the red cyclop eye. Less of a butt-face, okay? :P You could sharpen the edges between the other "skull plates" as well, but it's the front that stands out. Other than that, it's the coolest thing ever.
  20. Profile views are pretty rare it seems, but here's couple
  21. Not all the impossible, design wise... RE and FO3 have some similar scifi elements, and many areas from RE could fit in FO3... The hive was a good example. And it seems to me Deathclaws would make a decent base for someone to create Hunters for FO3.
  22. Here's my current (other saves on PS3, so...). Here's Miria:
