i have the exact same problem but i do not have Septimbitz installed please someone help

so this is going to be a bit hard to explain but, most merchants have a few different dialogue options along with the "what have you got for sale" dialogue option. but as soon as i click that option i can no longer select any other dialogue option and will always open the merchant window even when im just standing close to the merchant. the thing is i have a lot of mods and i have no clue which may be interfering, it would be nice to know if someone has the same problem and if there is a fix out there.
