perfect mod would be more items in the build base portion of the game. Theres a lot of cool stuff we cant place hows about making [lucky number 13 /\] mod that can place more/additional items down at your crib/settlement. only two ive found so far is plant stands and some retexturing of the bar into a nuka cola bar. youd get a lot of folks downloading your mod if you made one like that.

a mod where you can place anything down in the game at your base. additional items. perhaps remove annoying bushes that stick up through the floorboards? I know this aint no Sims but GTFO i got to provide for my settlers. Think of the settlers.
