  1. I'd recommend the LIME mod (Less Is More Ending). The happy version one, not the bleak one. Makes the ending actually satisfying.
  2. Thank you for a complete answer, I do regret mentioning KOBJ as "some jap-dude", as that came out as disrespectful. I vaguely remember seeing the read-me that came with the original mod was completely in japanese language, so I had doubts that contacting him in english or with a translator would have been useless. I'll try contacting them to see if i'd be able to release it as a single package, I really hate it when mods require you to piece together a jigsaw before you can play it.
  3. A couple months ago I had the idea of doing a playthrough as Killy from the Blame! manga, where as I would only use one gun, never touch VATS, have sprint mod and bullet time mod installed, plus whatever mods that add more enemies, monsters and locations. I had found this mod (link) to make that dream come true, but upon trying it out, I found the particular implementation dissapointing visually, feel-wise and function wise. I wanted it to feel powerful, look powerful and really leave an impact when it hits something. So I got the GECK, learned it quickly, tweaked the mod a couple times and I'm currently playing that very playthrough: http://s21.postimg.org/6f7blnyif/Fallout_GBE.png Heres a gallery of what the action looks like: http://imgur.com/a/CHgfD (Killy Playthrough) Its an absolute blast of fun time I'm having, so I thought about sharing the mod. It has new sound effects for firing, equipping and idle. Enhanced weapon visual effects and significant gameplay upgrades to how the shot affects its targets (explodes them and sends the chunks flying into orbit), all using Fallout NV's pre-existing effects mixed in creative ways. Its meant as a mood mod to roleplay as Killy, since its capable of obliterating anything in a single hit, rendering almost all other weapons obsolete. You're meant to enjoy the combination of slow-mo, sprinting and daring situations, not as much provide more or less difficulty. But. The models aren't made by me. (some jap-dude did them for a super old fallout 3 mod) The existing conversion mod I tweaked was done by someone else. Given all the mess with permissions and what not, I am unsure if its ok to upload this? (The mod would be called Graviton Gun Ultimate Edition, would give credit to original creators and would be a single neat package with everything already included, not requiring the older mods.) What do?
  4. If the player character will have a voice, then making custom quest mods where the player has to respond verbally might be akward. Unless, ofcourse, Bethesda has actually made a revolutionary text-to-speech system for all its "voice acting".
  5. Finally mod makers can get some compensation for their effort. Though I gotta say the 75%-25% split in bethesda's favor is cringe-worthy. I'd prefer a 70%-30% in the modders favor, since were doing the work of creating the mod and they're just providing a platform for it. Still, a good first step nevertheless. :)
