[Fnv horse mod]

So there is a mod that makes a bighorner rideable, and I was curious if anyone has a link to a tutorial on how to change models for specific things. I want to replace it with a horse, and I have zero modding knowledge. It's also a personal mod because I didn't get permission from the author, I would also appreciate a horse model resource
