What can I use to diagnose CTD's?

I didn't mean skyrim.esm, only update, dawnguard, hearthfires and dragonborn. I wasn't supposed to clean those?

AFAIK it's crashing when I'm approaching whiterun from riverwood, but I'll test some more. Are there any obvious incompatibilities I missed? What can I do besides spending a geological era reinstalling and testing each mod one by one?
