You know the best solution here is to probably get internet service? I mean, if you're willing to build a computer that runs modern games, and most of those games need an internet connection. Its listed in the minimum requirements. You know yours is the most common response when someone mentions a problem such as I have right? Did you really think I would read your post and gasp "oh my god why didn't I just think to get internet!"? If it were as simple as that then why would I be bothering asking this question instead of picking up my phone and calling an ISP to set up service tomorrow? You may try considering that some folks circumstances may be different than your own and your so called "best" solution. Yeah there's this thing.. it's called "money" and not everybody has it.... I know.. shocking aint it? I mean sure we can sit around and hope for the society of Star Trek but in the meantime us broke people just have to deal.

I have Skyrim. But I hate steam. Any thoughts on if/when we'll have access to the creation kit without having to go through Steam?

I see a lot of negatives about this topic. I for one would love it if my husband could play with me. Either via Lan connection on our PC's or by plugging a second controller in to my PC. I LOVE Skyrim and play it a LOT. Have already "beaten" the game once and working on another round. But when I get sucked into Skyrim my poor hubby ends up bored at his PC just kind of sitting there farting around by himself on SWTOR or something. While yes, I see that he could be playing Skyrim too, we've done that. It's not the same as when we play together in a game. That and he's such a badass at games that when we do play together he makes it like easy mode for me lol. I just follow him around and toss a heal once in a while.. he kills everything for me! haha. That's as far as I would take it though.. 2 player max. More than that and it would feel like another MMO.. and My bank account has seen enough of WoW, Rift, and SWTOR to make me feel guilty for spending $5 on a Starbucks coffee. I don't need another money/time drain.... Just a thought.

I agree. I want this mod. I play a female character and I married the sellsword in markoth I think it is. Yeah.. While we're at it, making him clean and laundry and sleep and stuff.. someone make a lacey apron.. nothing else.. just the apron :devil:

drawing a thicker line between male and female werewolves is actually quite simple if you're not offended easily. Perhaps longer hair on a female or slightly smaller bone structure but otherwise leave them be. Males can be allowed to "hang out" Anita Blake style and then there would be no confusion. They have already made such a thing for frost trolls.. why not werewolves. Anyway. that's my two perverted cents :P

O.K. so after messing around with various poses, animations, clothes etc., I have decided my game needs an S&M Dungeon. Shackles, Hanging sex swing, bondage bed/doctor cot with chains, cleaned up raider cages, hanging dance cages etc. I'm going to play with Geck etc. but I still doubt I'll be able to make anything myself that will actually turn out the way I meant it instead of upside down and dark or something weird. I'm thinking this could be an addition to a megaton house or Tenpenny Tower or just a stand alone house. It would be best if it looks like a regular pre-war themed house on top but then when you enter the Basement through a hidden door.... yep .. it's always the quiet ones :P

lol I mean anyone who's made something that actually works in the game the way they meant it to. That alone seems to be a crowning achievement and all I've been trying to do is make one little animation to work with a console command like the "Some Poses". I can't even begin to imagine all the work JoshNZ has done with Animated Prostitution. Or all these mods that make these super awesome player houses just OMG. It's mind boggling when you're just starting out and have no freakin clue what you're doing.

I just wanted to throw something out there that wasn't a question, request or rant but rather a high 5, shoulder pat, and kudos to all the modders that are working so hard to bring more content to this wonderfully open game. After spending more hours than I care to admit messing around with Geck, Blender, Nifscope, and a few other programs that were recommended, I made something. I couldn't possibly tell you what I made. It started out as an animation/pose attempt. After reading countless tutorials, viewing countless youtube videos, and attempting multiple trials all ending in errors, I have decided that modding is hard work and meant for those with the patience of a saint, the IQ of Bill Gates, and the spine and wrist of a 16 year old. While I doubt my stubborn nature will allow me to quit trying, I am taking a break from more inevitable failures to post my appreciation for those who have done so much already. You have my profound respect and appreciation. I can not stress how much.. but Thank You!
