Its been done for other games. basically someone would need to reverse engineer the server side , patch client to connect to that server. but i dont think bethesda would be too happy about that nor would anyone put in the time to do it.

So i'm trying to move the text and item popup you get when you pick up a legendary. I was successful in moving and resizing the text but can't quite figure out where to edit the matrix for the item popup. From what I can tell its sprite 679 fanfareItem. Also theres a few items tied into that sprite i changed the matrix for and i still can't move the mc. It always plays dead center of the screen.
