One of the things i like about skyrim is how you can able to buy a house and settle in a city. However, i'd like to have my own job. How about making a mod so i can open up my own shop? I'm talking about buying a blacksmith, not being a landlord of it to get profit mind you, and running it. The theme can change. I enjoyed mods like Real Estate and some player home mods like Elionara's Breezehome Overhaul, but they are not exactly what i am looking for. If someone wants to make this idea come true, i'd appreciate it.
