  1. I remember with FO4, I could modify individual weapon data (like damage, accuracy, etc.) via the CK and did not have to create a whole new ESM. I found the weapon data with Starfield's CK, however, when I change the values to damage, range, etc. then attempt to save the plugin, I get over 3000 errors. Is there a way to change the weapon data in the same fashion as was with FO4?
  2. There is no need to partition your drive. You can just move the install directory outside of Program Files. My install is currently under C:\Games\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3.....just move it.

When I get back to the Citadel Lab, I hear Sarah Lyons speaking but when I go down the steps and the game forces me to not move (normal, I know) Sarah Lyons says her first sentence but then no one else speaks. I can use the forcequest console command but I'd rather go through the paces of the actual quest. I've noticed this before. During the Replicated Man quest, when Harkness and Dr. Zimmer confront each other about Harkness being an android, I had to engage each NPC after they spoke in order to get them to proceed to their next scripted message. Also, some NPC's will continue to shoot at an enemy even though it has died. (Sydney and Brotherhood of Steel members). One more thing, NPC's don't walk or sit they hover and their heads roll around like Linda Blair in 'The Exorcist'. (quite funny, however) Now, I never had any of these problems until I changed the options via the FalloutLauncher.exe. How can I get things back to normal? Here is my mod order.
