Hi, i am having a hell of a time configuring Skyrim to run smoothly in Whiterun. I have tried many options and guides, but can not seem to get it to run smoothly in Whiterun, giant FPS drop. I have the Real Vision ENB and have most of the stuff turned off or low. here are my system specs. GeForce GTX Titan X (12gb VRAM) intel i7-5930k 3.5gHz 1920x1280@60Hz

So i have quite a bit of mods running, i disabled all the suspect mods in mod manager, even deleted them and the problem stuck around. here is what is going on.... http://theoddnetwork.com/imagedump/barkeeperError.jpg its hard to see, but his forearms are missing as well.
