It's all good. It was Frankly HD Miraak 4k which caused the crash. Something to do with the cubemaps... Anyway it worked fine when I uninstalled it, real shame too, it's a nice mod but I can't have it all I guess. Praise Talos for giving me such a stable game otherwise, never had so many mods going at once :D

I know I'm reviving a dead topic but after struggling to solve this myself, I was able to fix it! I had the bug of Delphine only offering the rent a room option and no rent the attic room option available. I tried everything that I could find on the internet and nothing worked for me. First off I'll say try to avoid console commands, it f***s your game up big time if used incorrectly. Certain ones are safe but especially "SetStage" commands are game breaking and this Quest especially needs to be registered for the game to progress as it splits into another quest while active (A Blade in the Dark) which can only be activated by running it's scripts smoothly. Also for future reference, ALWAYS and my mean ALWAYS save your game a lot. If you are forgetful like me then download the Auto Save Manager mod. It is highly customizable and always gives you saves to return to! Okay so after trying all sorts of tips and techniques I tried my own out. I would reload my game in Ustengrav Depths at the gate right where you find the "Note from a Friend". 1. Read the note and take it. Don't leave it behind as some mods may be messing with your scripts. Also when reading, wait a few seconds for your game to register what it's doing. This is a general rule of thumb. When running lots of mods containing scripts, take it slow. Don't force dialogue and just let things play through as they should to their full. This alone solves 70% of my bug encounters. 2. It would then say "Meet whoever took the horn" blah blah. I ran around the room for a bit here just to make sure the quest scripts had loaded properly. About 20 seconds of jumping and sprinting like a mad man. 3. Open console command (I know I just said that you should avoid it but this worked for me so just do it) and type in "coc riverwood" without the quote marks. This should teleport you to Riverwood but not exactly in Riverwood, just a few metres outside of Riverwood. I noticed fast travel allocates you to a different location in Riverwood, usually at the gate itself. I think that when fast travelling, it causes some sort of script problem. I'm no expert but it's my only logical guess. 4. Talk to Delphine and the option should be available. Other steps I took included restarting Steam. Deleting older and obsolete saved games. Exiting to menu and loading to Ustengrav after the game had started. I really hope this helps some of you as I was ready to pull out my hair!

So I've been using mods for a couple of years now and have become able to create a mean mod load order without experiencing CTD's (save for the odd one now and then due to the 3.1GB cap). I've never found any bugs that really had me puzzled, until now. For some reason, the health regen in the game is f'd. It all started back when I created a new game where my character would regenerate health at a godly rate. So bad that my health bar wouldn't even deplete unless I was struck by a very powerful attack. This carried on until I went to the cave in Helgen (live another life quest) where when I exited, the problem left and the game was normal. When I used beast form and reverted back after ransacking Fort Greenwall, the problem was back. Every so often it f*#@s off but then it comes back. And the triggers are absolutely random. There is no clear pattern of when it starts or stops. It happened when entering beast form. It happened when entering an inn. It happened when drinking a health potion. Now I tried using SkyTweak to set all health regen to 0 but it doesn't care. It still persists. The game sucks being immortal, especially with the death alternative mod which I would really like to see what happens. But wait, it gets better. It also turns out other enemies can do it. Generally mages. Or always mages from what I've experienced. They are literally invincible recovering constantly without drinking potions or using a heal spell. And I have to resolve in using the console command to kill them off which isn't very immersive. Anyway, I'll post my mod list below and I do hope someone can help. It's really irritating for me and I'm trying to make my game as immersive as possible. I apologize in advance if my context has confused any of you, but I am very tired writing this. Aka, my grammar is better than this. P.s. if you can think of any mods that I should use to immersify my game even more then please do share  EDIT: This is my first post in the forums here so if I did something wrong, don't get all aggro on me.
