ok I'm being dumb here, but I can't find the plugins.txt file think someone could inform me as to where it is

So looks like I was able to find out where that sword was from, I happened to look back the armor conversion as linked in the original post of this thread, I looked down at the comments posted there in hopes that someone might have asked about this sword, now I didn't use google translate to translate the comments into English but I saw a link posted to another armor conversion this person has done, and it happened to link to another armor set that has this sword in it and a link to its oblivion mod that it was originally from and a mediafire link to download a skyrim converted version So uedftus despite being the only person to comment here, you provided no help what so ever other then trying to insult my intelligence by claiming I don't know how to google something, so thanks alot

I didn't try reverse image search because I didn't want to get link back that site I found it on, the sword is not in that armor pack as I've already downloaded it and check the files I did try to google search skyrim sword mods on google image search but couldn't find it, I know the site I linked shows a bunch of bodyslide works but that all that guy does is conversions of other peoples works what I was hoping for is someone that knows what that sword is from, what its called or something that I could have used to search for myself and I just tried to reverse image search and got nothing close to what I'm asking for
