So i haven't modded fallout 3 in a very long time and so i started from completely new files. Since there has been an update to fallout 3 i have used the downgrader listed on FOSE page and then downloaded FOSE, I have also used the archiveInvalidation and the WinXP Multicore thread with 4gb fose. The only main mods i have added are unoffical patch and command extender. Fallout 3 does boot up properly and FOSE is properly loaded as i check with getfoseversion and get 1, but the problem is when i run the game all the characters move around super fast and complete animation cycles way before the dialogue can finish. I have been trying to fix this for ages (deleting/uninstalling everything and reinstalling) but haven't found any resources that explains the issue, please help.
