I've been starving for a mod like this, inns and taverns need some kind of gambling minigame. The fact that an open world game as large as Skyrim doesn't have any sort of gambling minigame is mindblowing, and I'm more surprised there aren't already a lot of mods to fill the void. Honestly, I bet a lot of people would like your mod if you do it right.
