I am inclined to agree, but it should be limited to human Nobles only, as his betrayal really only effects them. A City Elf should be able to have some options, but the Nobles should have more. As for the options, I think Howe should be able to be stabilized, taken to the torture chamber, and then tortured to your black little heart's content. And should be visitable until the final battle. An addition to Awakening should be made, that has Nathaniel find his father's torn body. T'would provide further reason for the boy to find his way to Amaranthine, if you ask me.
