Apparently a Restart was all i really needed, it is odd how the engine of the game does that, however..... i now seem to be having a slightly annoying bug with the Weapon Mod Menu, and I have tried every fix listed, the problem is, when i have it installed, i get this error when i hit the X button telling me that the weapon cannot be modified, even tho in the base game it clearly can.

Well, My main problem is that when I start up the game, it is only running at 25fps, no matter what I disable, uninstall, or delete, and I am unable to get it to go any higher, even by messing with the .ini settings. and when i actually get into a game, the fps drops even more, down to 20, once again, no matter what graphics settings i have it at, I am at a loss here on what is going on.

sorry if being a necro... but i would love to see one that utilizes it's second firing chamber as well, that 20 gauge shell is a rather nasty surprise

This one is from an anime called Trigun, it is known as the punisher. seeing as new vegas has that old west feel, thought it might be something worth looking into....
