I'm looking for a mod that I have seen show up occasionally where your character has there hand on there one handed weapon while it's sheathed, aswell as running with it though I can't seem to find the mod exactly, can anyone lend me a hand on searching for this? Any help will be appreciated.

OH! Forgot to mention I don't intend to run the game on ultra, I'm alright with running the game at low and medium settings. Aslong as I can play and I can see stuff without the game lagging it's ass off. Will those laptops be ok with running the game on low settings?
