With patch 1.4 this doesn't work any longer. Any way to fix this?

Looking at the Google-cache: http://goo.gl/RMwY there was a Depth of Field/Motion Blur Mod, but the author removed it. Could anyone create a similiar mod which is not an overkill like Enbseries?
