Problem remains with Skyrim SE with the unofficial patches as well. #Onlybethesdathings Will update if I find a solution. Update: I fast traveled back to Whiterun via the Stormcloak camp that still existed and talked with Vignar and a few other NPCs. Exited Dragonsreach and fast traveled back to Ulfric and now he gives the correct dialogue. Not sure what exactly fixed it or if it is a bug with the Open Cities mod.

excatly that is NOT possible! the E key doesnt start the option at the fire... :( 1. "player.setstage F6090 0" 2. Save the game 3. Quit to main menu 4. Load the game you just saved 5. "player.setstage F6090 100" 6. "set PlayerIsWerewolf to 0" Might fix it, but it's questionable.

I find him funny, yes. His interactions with the court wizard in particular are quite funny.

They chose Steam. Steam is bad. It was not a good choice. Pretty much everything stumpndum said I agree with.

Try verifying your game cache through Steam. See if it's driver problem.

Complaining about 25 FPS. lolwut. It's probably what you suspected, the water. This thread gave me a good laugh, though.

First: Try pausing the game and waiting a few seconds and then unpausing the game. Second: Try typing resetAI on each NPC.

You guys can try this: player.setnpcweight 0 That might fix it. This will make you small, so I'd suggest entering it again with a value between 0-100 to get your size back to normal.

This might help with the fog: fw 0010E1F2 enter it into the console.

Ouch. You really messed up. This is why caution is advised when using the console. I would suggest loading a save...you should have had an autosave after entering the castle. Technically resetAI will "reset" an npc's Ai. I don't think it will fix this, however.

You can use this console command to remove items player.removeitem (ID) # You can get the ID in a variety of ways. (UESP, help command, showinventory)

The Console is God.
