So I've not played Skyrim in a while, got a new graphics card recently and and did a fresh install and I'm getting these weird audio, shading and water glitches. My monitor is only at 60hz, so I can discount the frame rate being too high, It's been automatically optimized for my new card too, so I don't know what the problem is. By contrast Skyrim Special Edition works fine, but I want to play the original for some mods this game doesn't have yet, I also tried turning all mods off but still have the same issues. Any help will be appreciated. I've also included an attached file of the mods I have installed in case anyone recognises a mod that could be causing issues. thanks.

The textures look like ass too, and there's really just no excuse for the game to look this ugly. Seems most people are on the hype train though....

I'm trying to reinstall all of my mods again, but I need to get a full list of what my latest save files rely on. I'm just wondering how you go about doing that?

Anybody know what causes this? I thought Optimizer Textures might have been the problem, but when I restored my original backed up textures it's still the same. It seems to effect rock textures mostly, but also some of the ground textures as well.

I know it has something to do with this mod but i don't know what. It started CTDing when I uninstalled it and it still CTDs if I reinstall it.

I think I maye have fixed the issues with scripting but I have another issue, I can't place campfires. When I try to the template doesn't show up and pressing E does nothing :(

For some reason this mod isn't working as it should and I'm starting to freeze to death in warm places, I never used to have these issues on my previous Skyrim installation. Anybody know what might cause this bug?

Don't know if you were responding to me but thanks for the tip, I don't know a lot about graphics cards, the card I have came with the machine. I've wanted to upgrade but I'm wondering if it's better to pay for a much better card or to go for one that will be able to handle ENB's and high textures a bit more with a steadier frame rate. If you say 670's worth it I might just go for that though, when I have the money.

Lowering textures helps a lot. I use Seasons of Skyrim and lowering my textures to 1k and using optimizer textures helped speed up my game dramatically. It doesn't bother me too much because you can only notice the drop in quality of you stare at the floor or right up to a wall. I'm using GTX 660 which is a pretty mid range card as well.

Btw it still prompts me to press E when I'm close to a weapon rack, so that at least is still working.

Yeah, I'm wondering if there's maybe a way to reset things in command console? I did actually have some issues with corrupt save files before which meant I had to do a fresh install of Skyrim and reinstall mods. Maybe this has something to do with it. It was an issue with UFO, I forgot to install the updates for Dragonborn and it screwed things up when I went there with a follower.

I press E and simply nothing happens and that's about it really :-/ Can't be any more detailed than that unfortunately. I don't hear any activation sounds either, they just don't respond to anything.

Nope, didn't fix it :( I wish there was a mod to fix this issue. Player homes look so boring without weapons for decoration.
