Funnily enough, now that I've got Vortex installed, I have uninstalled the VPN and Vortex can download all the mods fine. Chrome and Edge, however, still broken.

I installed a VPN extension in Chrome and it suddenly sprang into life. Sigh. Thank you for the help.

I'm going to say that this is officially "later" (as suggested in the FAQ.) It still doesn't work.

Hey all. New to the site/forum and am having some issues! I'm having an issue downloading some/all mods from the website. I can't even download the Vortex mod manager (I've tried about 10 different versions in the upload history.) Each time, I get the following error: --- Unfortunately an error occurred while downloading this file Please try again later or contact support --- I am not a premium member and each time I click the 'slow download' option. I have tried disabling all addons and using a different browser. The only AV I have installed is Microsoft Defender. I've included a trace route from your connections issues page, My ISP is BT Internet. I'm in the UK. When clicking the "server test" links on the download issues help page, none of them do anything. It briefly opens a new tab which instantly closes again. Except the Miami one, which gives me an ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE error. I cannot test my download speed of your mods because none of them will download. P.S. When I tried to post this with Chrome instead of Edge, I encounter a content encoding problem (tons of symbols on a white background instead of a proper webpage.)
