  1. I had this issue as well. I was able to fix it by deleting some lines from the Fallout4.ini I had added them as a suggestion from an ENB mod author to place the player character in the center of the screen while in 3rd person view. The default off-center angle makes the character appear blurry when using depth of field effects. I plan on just cutting these lines out of the .ini when I need to use the surgery chair and then adding them back in.
