Hi folks. Is there an encumbrance mod that changes the movespeed of a character depending on the weight of their equipped items, and most importantly, affects ALL NPCs in Skyrim, not just the player character? I don't think I've seen one that includes the latter.

So, when I use invisibility... my eyes get messed up. They don't revert back to normal unless I quit to main menu and load from there.

By all accounts, it SHOULD be in the game, considering it's in the loading screen tips, is part of Illusion's description, and you can actually add it using the console... yet not a single person anywhere has been able to find it, it seems. Anyone here had better luck?
