I knew about this guide already: the issue was that I didn't know what FNIS did to the animations to put them like that... As in; where would these new animations be? Likely the animations folder obviously but "bathing in skyrim" atleast doesn't have a fairly obvious place the animations are built to. As strange at is sounds: FNIS isn't doing anything with the animation files. They stay where the mods put them. FNIS only creates/modifies/links the animation controlling files, called behaviors. Those behavior files are also ending on hkx. And if you dare to include an incompatible behavior file, then you pay the price: t-pose for every non-creature character. Apologies for not replying sooner but I managed to figure it out after the first comment. Using the guide linked before only every file that FNIS gave a warning too will essentially "fix" the animations that previously would not work. I thank everyone for the help in my small amount of ignorance. :)

This is more of a consolidation of knowledege and trying to find something out than "I've done something wrong". Some mods that I see me and my friends wanting to use require the use of FNIS to create the animations; One example to use would be the old "Bathing in skyrim" (bear with me I know there's "Simple Bathing" for SSE) I just wanted to find out: Installing the Oldrim mod itself and running the FNIS tool makes EVERY animation in the game go T-Pose; so will I need to convert the whole mod? Also how would one go about making the FNIS animations work in the SSE? Cheers if this gets help.

I'll get on it then. The hardest part is figuring out what to delete from my PC, because I cannot bring myself to delete Phantom Pain lol. Edit: I deleted Phantom Pain. xD

I hate coming here for help, it makes me feel inexperienced, but hey, everything is a learning curve. About two hours ago from the time this post goes up, I was modding my FO4 to be "perfect", but instead it didn't work. Upon finishing and playing the game, I found that, upon closer inspection of vanilla(ish) textures, they were awful. I'm running on Ultra, so its surprising. So, I bog it down to Bethesda trying to get a game out quickly (no offence), but it persists, even for modded textures. New vegas continues to amaze me. So, during the recording, I had absolutely nothing to record about, as the noise was not showing up anymore. I've also taken into account the pink screen and textures thing, and will edit accordingly. But, I think the noise is caused by the new Vulpine race, as they use a tail which can be animated, that requires a collision mesh. Whilst sneaking, I think the tail is having a moment in first person, but in third person, no noise is to be heard. Same and vice versa. I'll keep trying, and see if I can land the noise...

I hate having to come here and start topics because I cant fix an issue, but some of my issues exist just to stump my mind. So, I'm going to mention my issues, but if you have issues, feel free to tell me about yours, I can solve most things, just this one has stumped me. So recently, i got back into modding FNV, everything ran smoothly, 132 mod limit as usual, was looking good. But now I've got these issues: From getting my first companion, who first was Rusty the bear (a mod), I heard this noise that sounded like a ragdoll freaking out in the ground, or just freaking out in general. When I turned around and looked at rust, the noise went away, so I assumed it was tied to him because his model was a teddy bear with its own ragdoll physics, so I ignored it. The issue persisted after second companion from the ARES mod, walked around behind me. That's when I thought to try and fix it, with very little success. My second issue is simpler however, and I just want to know if my issue is what I think it is. So, I found the hidden bunker of BOS, unrealising it was that, and then found that, being greeted by the first paladin, Paladin Ramos I think, his face was pink and his Brotherhood t-51b armor was missing, leaving his pink hands and face. What was weirder, that the ground he was standing on was also pink. So, I ran archive invalidation, it fixed his face, but not his suit. Do I need to find the mesh for his suit? I'm 95% sure that the male mesh has not been changed. Here's my mod list: Again, Post your issues so I can help with those, I'm not bad at modding, its just that I've come across glitches and bugs I simply cannot fix. :P

You guys have been nothing more than helpful, I will see to it that unused plugins are purged, and that various mods are removed. Also, the individual plugins for t6m run on using ARES aswell, so you need the original plugin, plus ares. I'll probably remove them.

I recently have uncovered an issue that I cannot fix atall, no matter what I try or how I try to do it. I started modding new vegas because, its what I love to do, it seemed great, but as soon as I went inside Chet's store in Goodsprings, and then came back out, everything everywhere was broken. I have NVSE installed, Archive invalidation invalidated (as in using the .exe), and FNV4GB which launches, but it working is questionable. I must have forgot to mention that I fixed my issue. I have no issues now, so I am just willing to help other people now. I want people to keep posting their problems so that I, and others, may fix them (or at least aid in the recovery...).

Its still some progress! You have managed to overcome the first obstacle, and the rest is just juggling. I can understand your problem with the 247 plugins problem, guilty here of having 244. I'm happy for you that you got your game back to a "working" condition. I cant think what would be causing that happiness bug/glitch.

What you could try and do, which I tend to always do, Is use a vault quickstart. It will start at the point just before leaving, so the save will most likely load the interior. If that doesn't work, then we know the bug is a direct problem to vault 111.

I feel sorry for you, and I wish that I could help, is their anything you haven't tried, such as uninstalling the game then re-installing, or anything similar like that? And, I'm assuming you have mods, so try my tactic I put up above, to find the problem.

So really quickly, I want to say thank you to everyone who assisted, but I managed to figure out the problem. If you want to fix the problem like I did, What I did was un-install all my mods, before the crash point, then add them by nexus mod manager categories (if they are setup for you). Then you want to check after you have done that category, and if you have a lot of unassigned mods like me, then you add them by their starting letter or number, e.g all the a's, then b's. if you have a lot of one category, add half, then the other half. One again thanks for everyone that assisted.

Thanks for getting back so quick. Its definitely not uncompleted tasks, because the only quests I have are the current one, prestons quest when you speak to him in sanctuary, vault dlc quest, and automatron quest. That is literally it. Edit: Used console for level and fast traveled to a safe house mod in the closest town to that border.

This topic is not JUST about me, its for anyone to post their problems here, about basically anything. I will help to the best of my ability, and I bet others will as well. Now, to business. I dont usually have problems that I need to ask about, I only ask when I am COMPLETELY stumped. My problem is (spoilers): I have no idea how to fix this. I have removed every mod that has been a proven problem, installed patches for most things I hope/believe. Mod load order: Help is VERY appreciated. :) :( Some more helpful info: Had no problems with transit, I have fully removed valdacil's sorting and dont plan to install it again for the time being, DEF_UI is gone completely. Validated files, full on desktop crash with no help why.

I honestly cant thank you guys enough, I will use this information to help me in the future, but before I came back on here to check the replies, I found that it was a corrupt mod. For reference it was a mod called the Shrouded Lair. It comes in 2 parts and both were being an issue. Once again, Thanks so much! Don't usually have any problems with skyrim, And I work them out myself, but this time, stuff isn't going the way it should. NMM loads fine, All good. Fallout 4 loads up fine, Once more, All good. Loading ONE save. Everything crashes and burns. I retry this six time. Does the same thing.

I've been playing Fallout 4 for a while now, and I've never been good at creating faces, and there is one particular face I wanted to try to re-create, but I could never quite do it.
