Wow, ok, not sure on the double post rules of this forum, but I just wanted to say, this totally fixed the issue. Not only that, that skeleton mod led me to other mods that make sheathed weapons look a lot cooler. Thanks so much for the assistance.

I was having this problem shortly after I installed Dawnguard. At the time, I had a long list of mods loaded. I gave up for a while out of frustration, later cleaned out my skyrim folders, uninstalled and redownloaded. I have a small number of 'essential' mods and a minimal frivolous ones: I'm patched up to the latest skyrim version w/ Dawnguard. So far, I ONLY crash at the Bee and Barb. I haven't tried other inns yet or other shops for that matter, I'm pretty sure the Whiterun inn does not crash. The only other problems I've had since the new install were freezing up once as I was blacksmithing, and one other crash to desktop while in showracemenu and that seems to have been a fluke because it hasn't happened since.I also do not have an ENB installed or any texture mods active atm, not until I get this problem figured out. I bumped this thread in the hope that one of the OPs might have found a solution and hadn't shared it yet.

Has anyone found a solution to this? Having the same trouble.

It seems the problem was with Steam Overlay actually, not UOP. Only problem now is, my game crashes whenever I used estrus and the red smoke appears.

Some insight into the problem: Before I disabled UOP, Estrus spells wouldn't even show up on a new character.

Yes. it doesn't seem to help.

Update: I disabled UOP which was required for UV (which wasn't working anyway) and it seems to have opened up the three other mods to function properly. Which sucks, because I want those three to work AND have a decent combat system :(

I use OBMM and OBSE. Estrus and Stripper were working fine for a while, but as I loaded up more mods, something broke. It's like custom scripted events are broken and don't execute. I'm not sure if Unnecessary Violence's problems are related to the others. Any ideas?
