There is few mod to increase movement speed, but I don't know any for that specific request.
But there is a perk for that called Ranger. You need 60pts of archery or you can use console command to get it.player.addperk 00058f63
If you want to remove it the command is:
player.removeperk 00058f63Hope it help

LOOT's report is blank. How do I fix this?
LOOT uses Windows' internal web browser to display its report. This web browser is basically Internet Explorer, but it's present even if you have Internet Explorer disabled. If it's not displaying LOOT's report properly, this may be because it isn't up-to-date.
The report display has been tested using IE 11, which is available to all Windows 7 and 8.x users. Windows Vista users can only update as far as IE 10, and though the report should display with this version, it is untested.
To update the internal web browser, make sure Internet Explorer is enabled in the "Turn Windows features on/off" control panel, and install the latest updates available through Windows update. That should be enough to fix the report display, and you can disable Internet Explorer again if you so wish.

You don't need it, use Nexus Mod Manager to activate / deactivate and order mods.
Skyrim configurator by pfannkuchen_gesicht to configure the game.
LOOT to optimize your mod order and fix conflicts.
Skyrim Script Extender (SKSE) to execute the game and be able to use scripted mods.

Okay, first of all the the guard's sword is irregular and hard to unwrap
Second, you don't need blood meshes, not yet. You first end the weapon, unwrap it then create the meshes for blood effect.
Third, you had to optimize the model, some parts like the extension of the edge (invisible in the model) should be removed, because this part of a model had no effect in game, (extra unused polygons). Also another part to unwrap (for something you don't need)
I want to help, not do other's job so what I did was optimize the sword, make it more symmetrical (except for the pomel [egg] and the "rubbers" on the grip)

I know this is possible, I don't have the knowledge (scripting) to do it.
But would be great to have different meshes for the same object, make armors look a bit different, but still the same armor.
For example Iron Helmet with different horn shapes or just one horn, or cracked armors, or any kind of possibility. A mod like this can make the game way to immersive and different, because not every armor, weapon look like the same.
My english isn't good, that's why it's hard to me explain the concept. -
Impossible, no offence.
This is a colossal job, no one will do it.
There are two map cells involved also thousand of individual thing to adjust in the new position to make it work, you just cant cut/paste it you need to "delete" and recreate it in the new location.
To take this job done you need the same time and effort of mod like, Falskaar or Helgen Reborn, also the amount of people.
There a lot of more stuff... also after thousand hours in this project and enough people, effort and dedication. Who really want or need this?
Sorry dude, I don't want discourage you, but that's just not possible.
