I've got FOMM and tried the Video Settings it doesn't work!

Help! When I try and start Fallout 3 I go on the Laucher aand press play, then, it says Fallout 3 will now detect the video settings and sets Fallout 3 for High Quality but, then I press play again and it does the same thing over and over and over again! Help!

Can someone make me any item that when you activate it, it turns your view in to a first person view. Please, I have tried all the keyboard buttons and the mouse scroller but, it wil not go back to first person!

I was playing Fallout 3 and i pressed the F button accidentally which put my game in to 3-person and i have tried all my keys on the keyboard and it will not go back to first person. Please help!
