I am having the same issue on xbox. It started 2 days ago for me. I can no longer access the in-game mod menu at all, and get that same message. I have tried all the so-called 'fixes' I found online with no success, aside from deleting all my mods again, which people are saying doesn't work anyway. Bugthesda f***** up another game with their attempts to re-package and re-sell it, just like Skyrim AE, only worse this time.

Do you maybe have the mod NAC X? It adds similar explosions as a 'weather' on occasion.

Thanks for the reply. Guess a lot of people will be waiting for that to come , hopefully this year. It's too bad Caliente is done modding, I always used them in Skyrim, fallout not so much due to the limit. I just can't look at these beetle-like characters anymore.

I guess most of the programmers bethesda hired for this thought it would be funny to make almost every woman in this game use men's faces and body models. They all resemble the androgynous "Pat" from SNL before it stopped being funny. Normally I wouldn't waste half of my available mod space on face and body remodels, but in order to play this game again after full mod support and the CK becomes available, it looks like I might have to. I'd rather deal with the fruity pebbles faces from cbbe-type mods than what bethesda has to offer their customer base, with whom they seem to have a severe disconnect with.
