Hi. First of all, I have searched through many many mods to find one that balances light armour that I liked. I don't like the fact that some increased the DR of light armour, which in my opinion should remain low. To make it more incentive to wear light armour I think it would be a great idea to increase or add bonus stats and perks (e.g. +15 to Small Guns or whatever). Light armours would be things like the mercenary outfits, and basically anything that you never wore in the vanilla game due to it's low DR. I'll write up a list of what some of the changes possibly could be later, but for now I'm just seeing if anyone else would be willing to create it as I have basically NO modding skill at all.
