If one was to use an armor that contains both damage threshold and damage resistance, how is it calculated?

I don't know if this is possible, but I think that the following should happen: -Bleeding, as well as bandages and first aid kits. -Radiation does minor progressive damage instead of acting as a debuff. -Walking in radiation desaturates your view

Could it be possible for someone to make the gear used by HammerFall's mascot? Of course, obtaining the items shouldn't be easy. Rather than just having it in an easy-to-find place, the player should be involved in a long grueling battle just to grab the equipment.
