I was looking at vintage fallout stuff and rediscovered the penny arcade comics. While reading them I had a thought, the puppet and vault suit would make a unique Roleplay weapon and armor combo. If it is possible the 77 vault dweller would also make for a good easter egg random encounter. I don't have the skills to make them into a mod myself and was wondering if there was a modder out there who would be willing to give it a go.

I have always found it strange that there are no malls in any of the fallout games. Malls are all over this country and every city has multiple in door and out door malls, yet there is not a single mall in the entire franchise. A mall would be a natural place for a community to form. Indoor malls have food courts that could be re furbished, individual shops that could serve as homes, large open arias that could be utilized by a community in any way they saw fit, With the majority of the mall enclosed it would be easier to fortify and defend than creating a town from scratch or fortifying a small town, and finally the surrounding parking lot while not good for farming give the watch a large open area to spot any attackers plus what better killing ground than a flat paved expanse. I hope that this has sparked the imagination of some one with the skills to make this as I do not have the required skill set to make this idea a reality.
