We have only been keeping climate records for the last 50 to 80 years. And even beyond 10 years ago these are spotty at best. In talking to older people - in their 80s and 90s, I have seen a pattern. I hear from them 'It dosn't seem as hot as when I was a kid, but we didn't have a thermometer either. and there is not as much snow most years, but in (fill in the years ) we didn't have snow either.'However, even 100 years is not enough for a real trend to show. I remember 3 major and 5 minor Typhoons in one year where I lived in the late 50s, but today, even one is considered a sign of global warming.
The polar ice caps reveals all. Scientists (I lack the knowledge of the correct term for these people) take core samples from the ice and study it. The ice tells the story of the world just as dirt core samples. Thats where most of the legit information comes from.
Global Warming is a very real threat. Thanks to the media, governments and corporations it has become a feeding ground of greed. The government makes money off it through "green" taxes. Corporations make money off it by slapping the same crap with the "green" logo. The media make a fortune through tabloids, articles and headliners. That is what kills the real information is misinformation.
I'll leave on one note. There is a diagram that shoes the carbon change through thousands of years. It oscillates up and down. When the era of technology reigned in, we pushed the upward oscilation far beyond the norm. That is where concern chimes in.

Jetpack please do not quote religious passages as you may offend people or be completely wrong about what you quoted. Also don't talka bout anything unrelated to Fallout 3 modifications.

Try Classic Fallout Weapons as well as Weapon Mod Kits.
Out of curiosity, why don't you want to use FOOK2? It has many modern weaponry and armor. FOOK2 also adds stats to most armor/clothes that don't have any that theys hould of ahd at release.

but the sounds in fallout 3 are .nif
.nif is a file used in Nifskope to edit items; they're not sound files. You can use mp3 or wave if youd like. If it is just a radio station then transfer rate really won't matter TOO much since you aren't trying to sync i with anything.

Yes there is, you can modify the body and place underwear on there through Blender/3DMax and go through the whole thing.
You can always request it.

I was walking in Wal-Mart to look at new releases becuase I was to lazy to go online (Weird, no?). I saw a kid throw a can of beans on the ground and start screaming at the top of his lungs. The mother just looked at me and sighed and back handed him in the face! I smiled really big because he shut up.
That was the most epic thing I've seen a mother do ever!

I was using the term "hate" in a less serious sense and more in a joking way.
A view may not be a stereoype; however, a stereotpye is the result of a direct observation then placed on the general population around that point. For example, when you think of a preppy chick (in my view) i see a stuck up, "yeah, whatever" girl. If I see that girl and she displays those qualities shes a stereotypical preppy chick.
Also, I was talking in general overuse of "filler" words. Every language has them to some degree. Americans are just more prominant in using them :wallbash:
I'm not going to defend America for much of anything at the current moment. America elected a smart Socialist without knowing it. As of right now the general population that voted for him are blithering idiots.
Anyways, this threat was for two things. (a)To poke fun at people not reading the forum titles and (b)to vent about my job. All in all, it needs to die or be deleted.

I, being nice, reccomend FOOK2, FWE, and MMM RC4.1.
--WMK (Weapon Mod Kits) and FOIP (Allows FOOK/FWE/MMM/WMK to work together not against)
All in all just look around. Search by "Most downloaded" or "top rated"
Its fun to do stuff on your own :D

I hate stereotypical views it's just sad when they walk in the door!!!!
The preppy women in texas just say "like", "yeah", "um" and "uh."
You'll never see me engaged in a serious conversation saying "um" or "uh" it just makes you sound unsure and unconfident in yourself or the topic your talking about.

I can't, like, find this mod that I, like, totally love. It was pure awesomesauce and, like, it was totally great. You could, like, shoot things with it. . . oh yeah! like a gun! The bad people would, like, totally go KABOOM, like yeah. . .
Total sarcasm I just couldn't resist. I've had to deal with preppy women all day that repeated "like", "and" as well as "uh" and "um" every half milisecond.
I hate this job!!!

Hey Holty!! If you'd like I can create a ton of stories. I'm a decent writer with an enourmous amount of imagination.
Also I'll be picking up my work on my other mod. I had a lot of RL issues to deal.

I had the SAME exact problem.
I had Vistcrap (Vista...) for a while. When i tired to edit dialogue no matter what way people told me to do it, it would crash.
I just took a copy of XP from a friend and installed it. I like XP more anyawy
After that the GECK worked perfectly.
I uninstalled/reinstalled
Fallou 3 five times
Geck five times
I messed with codecs, I've deleted every program i could except the core ones.
NOTHING helped.
VISTA just sucks...

Credible sources aren't found on answers.yahoo.com or hubpages.com.
Also, What I stated in my previous post was about how global wamring is real and how Media, Government and Corporatiosn turn it into a huge debacle(sp).
Regardless I can dig up 1000 papers showing global warming as a serious threat and 1000 papers showing it isn't. This is one of those topics that we won't know the real answer till it happens.
