I am running Fallout 4 on the PC via STEAM. I have downloaded the Homemaker mod and I want to install it? How do I do it? What files do I need to copy and which ones require replacing? I have virtually no experience using mods for Fallout 4.

Does anyone know if there is a mod that eliminates height and component count limitations for settlements in Fallout4? The height limitation is the most annoying for me. I can build a building that is several levels tall at the drive-in, but if i try to build one in Cutthrout or Hangmans Alley I am limited to 2 story. Very annoying. What are my options. Any help is greatly appreciated.
