  1. Search mods for "essential" there are a couple of mods there that may help you.
  2. Have you tried the forums for the manufacturer of the mouse?
  3. From what I've seen, if you build walls and put miniguns, rocket launchers etc on them, if something spawns inside the wall, the weapons will turn round and attack them. I usually build 2 storey buildings fairly centrally and line the roof with weapons, that usually works.
  4. This is my third playthrough and this time I can't get into the Mechanist's Lair. I have the mod that allows multiple companions and Ada is one of them, but she keeps wandering off. I can use the Summon Ada item on my Pipboy, but she just wanders off again. If I press look at her and press e, then look at the door and press e, I try to open it, there is no option for Ada to try. None of my other compaions can open it. I tried dismissing Ada but that doesn't work, nor does Recycleactor.
  5. Apologies for forgetting the quotation marks, at least I did credit you
  6. If you deleted the ini file and let it remake, you will need to modify it to allow the mods to work. This is a quote from a previous post by JimmyRJump. For mods to work you need to open the ini with a text editor (Notepad or Notepad++) and look for the header [Archive] Underneath the very last line of Archive you need to add the lines: bInvalidateOlderFiles=1 sResourceDataDirsFinal= Save and start the game with a few mods added; they should work now.
  7. Just because you're paranoid, doesn't mean that a Bethesda update won't screw up your game!!
  8. The only things that I can think of (unless you can find any console commands) is to disable the mod or download and install one of the mods that clears Sanctuary and mke sure that it's lower in the load order than the mod that's causing the problem. One other thought, does the mod have a holotape that puts the blueprints into slots? If so can you delete that blueprint? Or maybe ask the mod author for help on the mod page.
  9. In my last playthrough, everything was OK until I went to Nuka World, then I got stuttering and frame rate drop, even after I left there, so my decision, this time, was not to go anywhere near there.
  10. If it helps, you can go to your account on nexus, go to the user area and the 5th entry, under "Files" is "view your download history" so that you can see what you downloaded previously.
  11. Two mods should take care of the problems ith Spectacle Island. First install one of the mods to build a bridge, that should take care of the supply lines, then install the Settlement Attacks Beyond mod, which stops them spawning inside the settlement. One of my favourite settlements (sfter Sanctuary) is Starlight Drive-in, it's big and flat with a water source in the middle. If you use the Scrap Everything mod, you can scrap the existing buildings and start from scratch.
  12. Jsut started my third playthrough, so far I have Dogmeat (as a Human Female) and Ada, also as a female. Soon I will go and pick up Cait, then later Curie and that will do for me. Last time, I took Piper to Sanctuary, put her into a skimpy outfit and put her behind a bar, so I didn't have to listen to her.
  13. Try here https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/1195276-sevenzipsharp-bug-in-the-nexus-mod-manager/
  14. I installed the original after I finished the main quest, it certainly livened things up around the Commonwealth. I'm looking forward to the new one for this playthrough.
