Long ago I received Fallout 3 on steam from a friend and began my love affair with the Nexus modding sites. The thing is, I never really intended to be anything more than a looky-lou or lurker in the beginning so I created a username that I was using all over at the time that wouldn't be too hard to remember if I was away from the site for a long time. However, now I have grown to rely on this fantastic web of creativity for any and all modding info and I am looking to becoming more active in other areas of the sites so I simply must have a better name. I understand if it's a)not possible or b) if "shut up you weirdo and deal with your crappy name!" is the response I get, I just figure there is no harm in asking. Thanks in advance.

Steam didn't help. And I was fine with 1.5...(whatever iteration it is) yesterday, so I don't think that's the problem. I think I may just have to reinstall :psyduck:
At least I'm not trying to play on the PS3.

This started happening to me yesterday evening; I updated several mods through NMM and then loaded a save game just fine. I attempted to fast travel to Windhelm and the game began a loading process that went on for thirty minutes before I ctrl-alt-del that mamma jamma (my game has never taken more than two minutes to load anything). I assumed it was one of the mods that caused this so I unchecked the applicable .esps and loaded up the game and tried again, this time I walked to Windhelm and it froze when I got halfway accross the bridge. I was curious as to what was causing this so I loaded the same save again and fast traveled to Markarth. It loaded fine in fifteen seconds. I rested for four days thinking that some combination of events and scripts was creating some super data overload in Windhelm, but alas I fast traveled to Windhelm and this time it froze.
I have tried unchecking all the active mods and using a clean save to travel to each city, they all give me the same issue even on a brand new file. I just wanted to ask if anyone knew of a simple solution before I uninstall Skyrim completely. I would post my lengthy modlist but since this is happening on a clean save, with nothing but texture and mesh re-placers, that seems irrelevant. If anyone has any ideas they would be much appreciated.

Yes a thousand times yes. I like the cbbe body because I'm a perv some of the time. However, most of the time I just want to run around in kickass armor that is at least quasi-realistic. I tried adapting some of the armor but there is something wrong with python on my computer and I just don't have the patience to fix it. We need a Dragonborn among these wonderful modders to make stock armor that fits these great bodies without changing them. Please somebody, my nord lady is cold in that "sexy" armor.
So, Who do I talk to about changing my name?
