what about Paint Shop Pro can I use it. And to like want edit rooms in skyhold what is best for that

Thanks so much thought I might start with maybe do a hair then when I can do this then do an armor then work my way up to like changing some little things to my sky hold if can

Hello I am new to mods and would like to start simple and work my way up and what programs do I need to use I have Paint shop pro, Daz 3D had that 3D max but trail ran out so don't have it any more. I have made me a to do list on things I would like to try once I have it figured out :laugh: but first have to figured out, how to mod. Thanks for your time Tami
